　　Good afternoon! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it. Do you know what is youth? How do you master your youth?

上海油压工作室　　Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

　　Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

上海油压工作室　　Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

上海油压工作室　　Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

上海油压工作室　　When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

　　下午好!我很高兴站在这里给你们作一个简短的演讲。今天我演讲的题目是“青春”。我希望你会喜欢它，发现你年轻时的重要性，以便更加珍惜它。你知道什么是青春吗？你如何掌握自己的青春？

上海油压工作室　　青春不是生命的一段时光，而是一种心境；青春不是桃面、丹唇、柔膝，而是情感：青春是鲜活的，是生命的深泉在涌流。

　　青春意味着气质上的勇气多于怯懦的.欲望，冒险胜过安逸的爱。一个60岁的男人比一个20岁的男孩多。没有人仅仅因为岁月而变老。不思进取。

上海油压工作室　　岁月悠悠，衰微只及肌肤，热忱抛却，颓废必致灵魂。担忧、恐惧、缺乏自信会扭曲人的心灵，并使青春化为尘土。

上海油压工作室　　不管16个人中有60个，每个人心中都有奇迹的诱惑，孩童般天真的胃口，渴望下一步的生活和游戏的乐趣。在你我的心底，都有一座无线电台，它能在多长时间里接收到人间万物传递来的美好、希望、欢乐、鼓舞和力量的信息，你就会年轻，直到永远。

　　一旦天线倒塌，锐气便被冰雪覆盖，玩世不恭、自暴自弃弥漫，即使年方20，实已垂垂老矣；但只要竖起天线，捕捉乐观信号，你就有望在80。
