If an entrance fee must be paid by the visitors for a park, itwill be necessary to build a gate and surrounding walls. In the end a city willtake on a bad look. 40% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee can beaccepted, but it must not be too expensive. The money from ticket selling can beused for paying the gardeners in the par k and buying some other kinds offlowers and trees.
