Favorite Dishes at local restaurants
I love food. If you've ever seen me, you can attest that the evidence is there, giving my belt a workout. There are a lot of great dishes to be had in Seminole Heights. I'm going to start out with my absolute favorite.
Place: El Taco Nazo (the Taco bus)
Dish: Friday's Chicken Chipotle special.
Details: Creamy chicken with just enough spice. Steamed corn tortillas to wrap it up in. Rice and beans. I favor the pina soda pop with it.
Price: cheap! Under $10 including drink.
What's yours?

I love the summer rolls at Bungalow Bistro. They are fresh and have just the right amount of basil.
They *are* good. But do you like the peanut sauce or the sweet and spicy sauce the best?
Oh... and the marzipan cookies.
(they say you should never grocery shop while hungry. I'm starting to think you should never blog while hungry either.)
Place: Bungalow Bistro
Dish: Curry bowl (with chicken)
Details: a satisfying amount of fresh vegetables on top of rice soaked with a flavorful but not-too-hot Thai curry sauce. I've eaten it with both chicken and grilled tofu. In this dish, the chicken comes out the winner.
Price: moderate
Place: El Taco Nazo (The Taco Bus)
Dish: Pork Burrito
Details: Generous proportions with an unbeatable price. The staff is always friendly, and I usually run into a neighbor or two. Parking at lunch is not the problem it used to be.
Price: Cheap
Place: OB Deli
Dish: Cuban Sandwich (Pressed)
Details: In all of my years of living in Florida, I have never had a Cuban better than this. I don't know what their secret is, but the sandwiches are great. The only drawback is the wait...there is only one person behind the counter, and on more than one occasion, I have waited an hour. That being said, it was worth it.
Price: Cheap

This is one of those moments where the urge to pack a quick review with hyperoble is overwhelming. Seriously. If you're a fan of fried green tomatoes, you should be reading this from your phone whilst sitting in a booth at Ellas already. They're that good.
Ellas has matured into a very comfortable, reliable, and fun eatery. Their menu is both adventurous and normal, depending on your mood.
Don't forget to order those tomatoes!
