Bungalo Bistro invaded by Sherpas

By Shawn - Posted on 20 February 2010

Last weekend, while many of us were experiencing Seminole Heights' first ever Sunday Market, a neighborhood favorite quietly changed its ownership and name.  Greg and Michelle Baker, aka the Culinary Sherpas, are now the owners of their very own restaurant.

So there I was, working the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association booth at the Sunday Market with the Bungalow Bistro sponsorhip logo on our banner, when up comes Elizabeth and remarks on the change of ownership and the new name:  The Refinery

The Refinery has a website with a menu link here, but as with any new business, these things take time to set up.  There is nothing there yet except their motto:  Eat. Drink. Confabulate.

While Greg and Michelle have been residents in Seminole Heights too long to welcome them, we can certainly welcome their new venture.  I look forward to my first meal.
